		<description>As always, concise, clear writing. 
I talk about the importance of building Goodwill in my book &#039;Peng! Negotiating with Chinese Characteristics&#039;, and how it can be given a value. Foreigners who are married to China, either spiritually, or literally (to one of its citizens), have a much better time in negotiations because the Chinese party can see that they, the foreigner, are not &#039;competing&#039; in the relationship. There is still a very strong &#039;us and them&#039; attitude amongst the Chinese, who may still have a chip on their shoulder from 100 years ago.</description>
